Newquay Carnival
4th July 2010

Newquay Carnival is held annually. last year's theme was "On the Beach," which was a great success. With the carnival coinciding with American Independence Day, this year's "American" theme is set to be popular too.

Many bands, clubs and societies are involved in Newquay Cornwall each year. Featured this time around wil be Newquay Band, playing for the first time in a number of years, Tretherras School Band and Truro Samba Band.

This year it is hoped that many more groups, individuals and businesses will enter the Carnival organised by Newquay Lions, which could not take place without the generous support of Newquay Town Council. Please download the entry form below.

Also planned on same day Sandcastle competition 2 p.m Towan Beach , a surf contest sponsored by Carve mag and an after party featuring the band Ocean Colour Scene on Lusty Glaze Beach!
